What to do about a fsbo that doesn't want to pay commission

So I have a fsbo who is selling a house and if I find them a buyer they'll pay commission but they lied and said they won't pay me anything. What can I do?

@Jasmine Myrick If you have something in righting your good if not you need to move on. Just us this deal as a learning experience and remember next time get something in writing prior to the close!

@Jasmine Myrick are you an agent? In most states (If not all) you cannot collect a commission if you are not an agent. Without a written agreement you have basically no recourse even if you are an agent.
