I s the calculators not free? filled out the mortgage calculator and the only button was join and pay?

Hi @Brian Barratt! Currently our free members get 5 calculator reports before the need to upgrade to a Pro account. We've got some special things in the works though (product wise) so keep your eyes on the site.....(and welcome to the community!!)

Just to follow up, after you sign up, there are many new “quick” calculators on your dashboard that do not require a subscription to use. There are “premium” features for these, but you don’t need them to do a basic property analysis.

I have t tried any online outage calculators since smartphones came out. So I can’t really help you with the question if it’s free or costs money.

But I can remind you that whether you have an apple or android phone there’s a “store” of free apps dozens of which will calculate your mortage and provide amortization tables. Certainly easier than going to a website. Good luck.
