Hi @Brian Barratt! Currently our free members get 5 calculator reports before the need to upgrade to a Pro account.  We've got some special things in the works though (product wise) so keep your eyes on the site.....(and welcome to the community!!)

    I have t tried any online outage calculators since smartphones came out. So I can’t really help you with the question if it’s free or costs money. 

    But I can remind you that whether you have an apple or android phone there’s a “store” of free apps dozens of which will calculate your mortage and provide amortization tables. Certainly easier than going to a website. Good luck.

     There are so many online. You could even download it for free on your phone
