After a hiatus, we are back with our live-chat! 

Wholesaling is a huge topic here on BiggerPockets, and I'll be speaking with @Karen Rittenhouse - the second ever Podcast guest - to help explain the ins and outs of being a wholesaler.

    Question from Ocala Florida can I what should the addendum say in order for wholesaling to remain legal. I want to do this the legal way.

    I would like to know how to get started and legality of wholesale do I need any experience and overall how to make a profit. Thanks in advance I don't have a Twitter account and don't want one at this time.

    I'd be interested in hearing her discuss putting together a short sale offer for an off market property. Many of the vacant houses I target are not listed and upside down. The foreclosure process here can take 2-3 years or longer to get it to the auction. Good market to target.

    Great Live chat.  It's great to see someone take on more than just wholsaling, Karen really knows what she is doing.  It was well worth watching.  You give Branden and Josh a run for the their money.
