I've seen a lot of investors out on the forums asking about this.. Way to help everyone out!! Like you, I built my portfolio with small cash-flowing duplexes, fourplexes, (and even a couple houses on one lot!). Especially when combined with advantageous owner-occupied financing on 2-4 unit properties, I love this market!

Thanks Brandon and BP! :) My years on this site have been great :) Way to keep expanding the education!

    very interested in how is hacking. My wife and daughter and I I are moving to San Diego area. I would like to find duplex triplex four Plex. Live in Juan and rent out the rest. Love to hear more on this topic and how to go about accomplishing this goal.

    We have a great market here for house hacking with multi-family properties. I have helped a number of clients in the past, as well as a few currently, pursue that option with a lot of success.

    Just created my account here on BP. Really excited to learn about real estate investing with townhouses, single family homes, and duplexes. I'm so new i don't even have a rental property yet. Just gathering as much info as i can until i have the $$$ to make my "thoughts a thing".
