Can you Actually "Spam" on Bigger Pockets ?

Question

Can anyone explain How one "Spams" on Bigger Pockets.  Been advised that I've done this but, obviously never was aware of said as my primary use of my Pro Membership is Market Place only

Account Closed, feel free to report those posts when you see them. With more than 3,000 posts every day, we just can't read them all, but reporting them is anonymous to the poster and alerts our support staff so they can go in and remove them.

Thanks for asking, Account Closed. Our Marketplace Posting rules state a Pro member can post up to 2 times per day, but must wait 5 days before posting an ad for the same product, property or service.

18 posts in 10 days looking for clients would be a violation of the posting limits.

Thanks for the response Mindy.  Looks like a number of people Posting in Market Place are violating the posting limits because, I see some of the same people promoting the same product or service very day or not more than every other day

Thanks Kelly, now I'm even more confused.  I was under the impression that as a Pro member, one could Post in Market Place twice a day, and could offer services to members seeking that which you offer.  I Assume it was a Moderator that threaten the Ban without a reason other then "Spamming", which I thought was sending e-mails to people you didn't know.  What is the TOS that was violated?

I'm not sure, check with a moderator, or it could be an automatic process based on a computer algorithm.

In 18 days you started 10 posts seeking clients in one form or another. Is it possible it violates the TOS ? or was the complaint from a member ? You could always ask a moderator for clarification.
