This sounds awesome! I really enjoyed the watching the Corsini's in Flip or Flop Atlanta. They were also great at the BPCon2019.
So I have a question, what if your best deals so far have been manufactured homes. Not too sexy, but the profits were over 100k on each. Would that kind of thing fit with this show?
Great first episode with Brandon, I like how BP is expanding out of its comfort zone by providing more niche type podcasts that really deep-dive investor's perspectives and lessons learned. Also, Ken has the perfect podcast voice!
Manufactured homes are great for certain parts of the country. Having worked with them in the Midwest, the key is being close to the manufacturing plant and insuring local codes and municipalities work with mobile homes. SOME HATE THEM others do not care.
This is fantastic! The episode with Brandon is awesome and I’m really looking forward to learning from the deal specifics that investors have done. Thank you BP!
Great idea for Bigger Pockets! I have the utmost respect for Ken and Anita Corsini. Ken is a highly experienced general contractor and his wife Anita is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent, their HGTV show was my favorite among all their shows. Why? Because they were complete straight shooters, they clearly knew what they were doing, their show didn’t include all the dumb, fake jokes that so many others do, etc., etc. Plus they always gave you the complete information about each flip, the numbers, the neighborhood, etc. It’s like Real Estate University, watching that show. Every single person who flips properties with less than 3 years’ experience should watch that show. It’s only in re-runs now, but it is worth every minute. I was super pleased to see that Ken participated in this forum with BP. It’s a great move for both. Ken and Anita’s agency is called Red Barn and they’re located outside of Atlanta in Woodstock, GA.
