For the past 20 days I have reached out via every avenue that I've heard referenced in Kevin Bupp and Charles Dehart's mobile home investing podcast, with no reply.
texted "Kevin" to 41... for the book left a 5-start rating/review on itunes and emailed the info to gift@... for the CCS emails to various contact addresses (I'm deliberately being cryptic because these are meant for podcast listeners)
I wanted to purchase their MHPA course on their website but the button has been disabled.
@Robert Gunn Hello yes I got a park its been over a year now, actually been to the bootcamp twice now. Very helpful. There are many more details you need to watch out for in parks than say a single family residence. So I would say half of it is what not to buy and the other half is what to do when things come up, and Frank knows it all, he holds nothing back. I went to lunch with him twice both times i went to the bootcamp and asked him on even more details on how to deal with things. Now i know what to do so i just do it.

Rudy! I took the bootcamp 2 weeks ago and it was tons of information and great resources. I've been analyzing deals for the past 2 weeks. Would love to hear more about what you've learned since your purchase.
