What size mobile homes for a new park
I'm working on negotiations for a 100 site mobile home park in Arizona the park only has 18 homes on it and I'm looking to purchase the rest of the houses and sell on financing. So the question is what size would you put on your park? Two room or three room?
I'd like to get the single wide for transportation purposes and someone told me to buy two room is better because then families are not living there and creating more wear and tear, but does that hamstring my ability to fill my mobile home park?
