My partner and I are seeking to network with wholesalers/investor friendly real estate agents in Memphis, TN. We are looking to buy houses that will rent for above $750/mo in the following zip codes 38109, 38116, 38118, 38141, 38115, and 38117. We have private money lined up to purchase all cash and cover repairs. We ultimately would like to refinance out our invested money at 70-80% LTV once repairs are made and a tenant is in place... and repeat.
