I live in NJ and looking to sell my properties in NJ and invest in Lehigh Valley. Pa  .  I am interested in Lehigh Valley Medical Center and the City of Bethlehem.   What areas of Bethlehem should I be looking for.

@Sudhir Ananthachar my recommendation would be to contact a local real estate agent to guide you through some of the different neighborhoods in Bethlehem. The inventory has picked up over last two month's so now's the time to buy!

    Hey Sudhir...West Bethlehem is the most desirable area but a higher purchase price goes with that. Parts of South Bethlehem I've gone through a big development stage near the Lehigh University area and Sands Casino. Also nice Investments spot but prices are rising. Honestly, I like much of Bethlehem, but I am biased. I live and invest here as well both as an investor and realtor.

    @Yanhua Sappin...I don't have any specific off market deals to offer you at the moment. You just gotta constantly look and be quick to pull the trigger when you find something. Crowded market in this area lately.

    @Sudhir Ananthachar you should join us for our monthly meet-up for Lehigh Valley investors. We meet on the third Thursday of every month. Next one being this week, the 15th at 40 S. 5th St, Allentown.

    6:30-8:30 Third Thursdays usually but with Thanksgiving and Christmas its going to be the 13th I believe.
