Has anybody worked with "Memphis Turnkey Properties"?

Question

I am a first-time, all cash buyer, looking to buy turnkey, and want to make sure I don't make any mistakes.

I wanted to know if anyone has experience with them. They sell turnkey properties in Memphis Tennessee and Little Rock Arkansas.

@Samy I. personally i didn't invest with them, BUT have few friend that did in LR and Memphis.

All happy with the service and product.

@Alex Craig and his team are amazing. I bought my first turnkey with them in 2018. I would highly recommend them if you go the turnkey route. Great communication and streamlined process, which is key. I will definitely purchase from them again in 2019.
