Investing in multifamilies, investing in commercial/industrial, investing in cash flowing properties/businesses etc. I am looking for other motivated eager people interested in doing this.     @Troy S. I have some cash, a shitload of drive, 6 years of construction management experience with a top GC, a year of sales experience with a top Equipment Rental Company, a RE license in MA, a few residential deals under my belt and common sense. I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset to partner with on deals. I have a few deals I’m looking at. Let me know if you’re interested in discussing further?

    Wise selection should see investors achieve cashflow and appreciation

    There is nothing wrong with investing out of state, but have you invested in your own back yard yet?  They are two very different animals.

    @Ian Walsh Thanks for posting Ian, I have played around in the Boston area sandbox a bit. Prices are really high right now and A lot of properties are hitting the market over the next few years. We have a few properties in FL. That’s going well so far. Where do you lend Ian?

     Yes in Detroit

    My advise is to do your due diligence lot of junk in this market, need to buy good product and location

    Network with successful investors and piggy back
