MemphisInvestmentProperties vs REI Nation are these two separate companies now? Looks like they used to be same company, but not any more. I am planning to buy properties from one of them in a few days. I see different types of reviews for each.

These are two different companies. Memphis Invest is the company that rebranded at the end of 2019 to REI Nation reflecting that we were operating in 11 different cities. The other company has a very similar name, but the two companies focus on different products.
