I'm buying a business and I'd like to sell the property and leaseback NNN. Its a decent size deal ~$5MM with long term lease (8 cap).
Can anyone direct me to someone who can talk to me?
An Attorney who specializes in real estate transactions on the commercial side. Best to start talking with a commercial broker on selling the property as they will absolutely be able to point you in the right direction for an attorney.

I see you are from Iowa, would this leaseback be in Iowa or what general area? Feel free to reach out directly. I know some people that might have interest.
Thanks for responding Ronald. The property is industrial specialty.
I have the business and property under contract but we would rather sale leaseback to free up more capital.
Hoping to sell the property as an off market deal. Any thoughts on where to go to confidentially find buyers for this sort of transaction?
I think you'll have good odds of moving that at an 8cap, NNN lease. Business has good financials to pay rent?
Offmarket you just start with brokers, but don't have them list it. Do you have an OM?
Thanks. The financials are great. I don't have an OM at the moment. The owner is very sensitive to employees finding out the business is for sale (so am I) and I was hoping to get this in front of a few groups quietly.

Understood, just reach out to local brokers directly.
