Building a Buyers List for Multi-family Property...HOW DO I?
Looking for advice on how to build a Buyers List through online resources...cold email, LinkedIn, BiggerPockets and also cold calling. What are some ways to peak their interest to get them interested in what you have to say?
I've learned that making a personal connection first is important and maintaining that relationship is vital to keeping a PML engaged in what you are offering. Providing value to them and having clear communications is key in setting up a long relationship with them also.
