Best Real Estate Syndication Groups/ Sponsors Tampa

I am looking for the some guidance in connecting with some of the more reputable Syndication groups/ Sponsors in the Tampa Bay Area. I have about 25-50k I am looking to invest in the commercial space. Does anyone have any advice on groups they have worked with in the past and have had success with or know of any good places to make these connections in the Tampa area? Thanks!

Is there a specific reason why you're choosing Tampa. That coast of Florida right now is not doing very well and there are a lot of opportunities and other locations that are doing far better.

I will also say, though, sponsor is far more important. And I recommend you do your own due diligence and not just take someone's word for it.
