will be interesting to see the plans of the stadium specifically. They did a huge new stadium project here in an "up and coming area" for the crew. The only issue is that its tucked against the highway and basically at the end of a commercial street with geographic barriers all around, so theres really no opportunity for any other development ie multifamly etc in that vicinity. Sure the general area might see some influx but if you still can't walk or bike to the stadium conveniently then it didn't seem to have that much positive impact on the surrounding area.
