Flex space - Post Frame vs. Steel

Have built multiple flex locations going the post frame route without any issues this far (ex. 6x6 wood post, 10-12’ on center single ply truss, etc.). Have a large facility that will be breaking ground in the next 6 months and have considered going the steel route this time but can’t seem to justify the cost. Would really like to get everyone’s thoughts on this. As always, thanks for guidance.
