Curious what self storage inventory looks like in DFW right now
Hi all,
I’ve been spending more time looking into self storage in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and wanted to see what others are currently seeing in the market.
Specifically, I’ve been focused on:
- Facilities around 40,000+ NRS
- Properties with some upside (operations, expansion, or rent growth)
- A mix of stabilized and value-add opportunities
I’m curious, where are you seeing more activity? Would love to hear what others are experiencing or working on in this asset class.
