Any recs for commercial property manager in Milwaukee

I'm looking for a property manager for my office building, any recommendations out there for a firm in the Milwaukee area? Also, if you have any experience with any of the big national firms, that would be great.

Do you think it's better to go with a big national firm or smaller local/regional firm for property management services for an office park with about 45 suites?

Colliers International in Milwaukee is really good, also Siegel Gallager are both great property management companies and brokerage companies. Let me know if you would like some contacts for each.
