Hello I'm interested in apartments in the Southern California and South West US. Anyone have suggestions? I have been considering Las Vegas as well as Los Angeles County, Ventura, Riverside County and San Bernadino County.
How are these markets as far as apartment buildings? Would you invest here?
Fred S. Are you still looking? The Las Vegas apartment market has a lot of small older properties listed. The bulk of these are in C/D class areas. Depending upon what size of property, there may be some opportunity for you.
