Sale rep said the only product available is "All Data", which includes national and international. Consequently I have to pay much more for data that I don't need. Heard about it on the expiration date of my annual contract which allowed subscriptions to submarkets.
Yes. For me that is an actual benefit which is why I signed up. I buy and sell properties nationally so giving me data in one market only was not good for me. When Costar bought Loopnet they went to charging for every little thing. Now I pay one price for a user monthly and that is it and get access to everything.
I like the new set up a lot but can understand why you do not. They just changed that setup for this year it was very recent.
