Buying pre and foreclosure property
Hi!
I am looking to buy pre-foreclosure or foreclosure property. I am based in Denver, I would love to connect with people who have bought such properties. I am cold calling people based on title company recommendations for pre foreclosured houses, so far no luck. For foreclosure houses, I understand the auction bid process but would to connect with people and learn from their experiences.

buying preforeclosure and at the auction are different. You can get a preforeclosure at the NOD/NOS process. Check your local newspaper for the NOD/NOS pre foreclosures

I am curious if you don’t know what a preforeclosure is or how to find them - how are you calling people?
