Hey guys and girls,

I am a newbie here on the forum, and I am amazed at the amount of information on here! I am a realtor in Dallas,TX, and I had a question that I was hoping you all could answer. If I see a property as active in the MLS with a HUD case #, yet the property does not show up in the HUDhomestore.com when searched, does this typically mean the property is no longer available (just potentially not updated in the MLS system)? Thanks a ton for your help in advance! Sam

I would just call the HUD customer service to get the most updated information for the property you are interested in.

Look for the contact number for your area, give them the address of the property and someone will be able to give you accurate information.
