Best Chicago area to buy Multi-Family?

Hello,

I recently moved to Chicago and I want to invest in multi family properties. I鈥檓 looking for good

cash flow and appreciation.

Which neighborhoods would you recommend?

    Welcome to the Windy City! I invest on the south side of Chicago, on the east side of west side, where cash flow deals are plentiful. Where are you living near now?

    North side is great, too. But it can more difficult to cash flow, and you might have to rely on appreciation.

    Thank you! I have been looking in the south side as it seems it is growing quickly. I live in Deerfield. When is a good time to talk?

    Hey @Luz Vasquez Mewes - Glad to hear you jumping into real estate here in Chicago.

    Depends on what your purchasing power is and what part of the city you want to live in.  There is good appreciation and cash flow all around Chicago.  Are you planning to do a house hack or straight rental investment?

    How many units are you looking at?
