Looking for multifamily people in in FL, TX, AZ, and surrounding

Hey everyone, I'm based in Portland and am looking to work with folks in Florida, Texas, Arizona, and surrounding states on multifamily syndication deals. I'd love to learn about you and your real estate goals and see if we can work together. I'm currently analyzing properties and preparing to find my first syndication deal.

I am a real estate agent and investor in the Houston market. One thing I would recommend is, networking with investors in that market. Ask questions about the challenges and location.

Agents are also another option to guide you through an unknown market.

If you want to start your research, here are a couple of areas to note.

Katy, Cypress, Spring, some parts of Houston, Conroe, Tomball, Pearland are great places to own rentals. These cities tend to command quality tenants, and they have great schools.
