Anyone invest in Wayco Texas thinking about entering the market would love to connect with other investors in the area. Seems like a great area for investment. I have alot of local experience but not alot of out of state investing. Would love to pick someone's brain and network in the area

    @Terry Friesen I am confused you live in Grand Prairie Texas, and you have local experience but you are asking about Waco only 1 hr 30 minutes away. Am I missing something?

     Must be Waco. I have driven all over Texas and have never seen a Wayco. Unless it is smaller than Nada Texas and I missed it somehow.
