Cost of insurance in Providence for multifamily

Hi! Long time reader, first time poster. I'd like to buy a multifamily for the first time and I'm trying to figure out expenses.

does anyone own one in Providence, and can you share some real insurance prices please? I'd also be willing to see any other costs you might be willing to share. Thank you!
