Are you aware of a Master Leasing course?

I am new to Bigger Pockets and trying to learn about it. 

I want to focus on master leasing in multifamily and commercial properties in 2023. 

I have read a book called The Multifamily Millionaire and another called Creative Cash, but they did not include the tools to assess a deal. 

Are there any classes or courses on master leasing and tools for analyzing deals?
