Beginning Investor in Allentown PA

Used to be a project manager in another state and worked on many flips doing design work and managing subcontractors and investor relationships on millions of dollar of single family real estate simultaneously.  Managed flips down to the studs with all new wiring, HVAC, electrical, floor joists, pilings, etc.

Just moved back to the area and looking to invest myself in the greater allentown area.  Specifically interested in finding out more about initial funding with cash on hand to put towards part of an initial purchase.  Searching for wholesaler connections, investors, and any resources for this area!  TIA.

Interested specifically in multifamily rental properties to hold and cash flow as well as single family flips in the Allentown and Emmaus areas.

    Hi Katie,

    Welcome to the Lehigh Valley. Its an awesome area to continue your investment journey. Sounds like you have quite the experience already. The market here is quite hot, specifically in the small multi space, but there are opportunities if you're creative and willing to find opportunities where others don't. 

    There are lots of options out there with funding thru traditional loan programs, private investors, and non QM products that should be able to fit your situation in one way another.
