Jerome Maldonado courses

Hi, I'm new to real estate investing and I wanted to know if anyone has paid for and used the courses Jerome Maldonado teaches? I'm interested in that idea of building multi family properties but I want to know if his course is worth it or could I find most of that info right here on bigger pockets?
