I'm a multifamily operator based in North Carolina with hands-on experience managing stabilized and value-add communities. My background is deeply operational. Leasing velocity, delinquency control, make-readies, vendor management, budgets, and NOI execution. The stuff that actually determines whether a deal performs after the acquisition hype fades.

Over the last few years, I’ve noticed a recurring theme across many properties I’ve worked with or reviewed:
👉 solid deals on paper that underperform due to execution gaps at the property level.

That observation led me to launch BenVas, where our focus is:

• Third-party multifamily management for owners who want tighter execution

• Operational takeovers and due diligence support

• Pre-acquisition and post-stabilization operational strategy

• Partnering with sponsors who value ops as much as the deal itself

I’m currently:

• Connecting with owners and sponsors who want a more hands-on operating partner

• Open to managing or supporting 50–300 unit communities

• Exploring aligned partnerships where long-term performance matters more than short-term optics
