Hello Hello,
I am currently an active investor in a duplex in Central Texas, however I currently looking to become an investor in apartments. Being that I already know I could just join a paid membership club (Lifestyle/sumrok etc) and find a deal very easily, I'm looking for alternatives. I have started networking at a local multi-family meetup, and will be going to an additional 1 this week. ANY ANY additional ways I can find apartment deals to invest in passively would be appreciated.
I network with two BPers who are syndicators, they've done deals of 100+ units and have active programs currently they are trying to fund. Shoot me an PM for more information. They are both closing in the next few weeks. I can also keep you on my list as well when deals come through.
