Primary focus is on recession resistant niches of MF value apartments, self storage and manufactured home parks as well as some unique alternative assets non correlated to the stock market. I've been on the GP side of over 35 syndication deals across the nation, primarily smile states where population and job growth is exceeding national averages and causing an increase in demand for these types of assets. I have developed long term investor and operator relationships to reduce risk for our investors. We vet and invest in every deal we share with investors to ensure proper alignment. We are compensated by the sponsor which simply means you will receive the same deal as going direct. I'm licensed to market securities in all 50 states.
