Looking to invest apartment complexes out of state

Hello;

I am looking to connect with other investors who are starting out and well establish in owning apartment complexes out of state. I do reside in NYC but looking to invest in other areas to gain passive income. I have been watching the webinars and podcast about apartment complexes. I also have read Brandon Turner book on Rental Property Investing.  Please let me know if you would like to connect to discuss about apartment complexes.

    @Sandra R., I live in PA south of Philadelphia and have bought and sold around 1000 apartment units all out of state.

    I am in the process of closing a 240 unit deal in Atlanta, GA.

    What are you looking to learn/know about investing in opportunities outside of your home state?
