Are you looking specifically in Peoria?  I like realtor.com for a view of the mls, then zillow and Craigs list for rental info.

By the way, I have recently been considering Peoria.  How has it been for you?

    I personally like Realtor.com.  You can choose "Multi-Family" in the filter criteria.

    it has been unpredictable at times, I'm looking for one right now, but the good deals go real quick; I am trying to stay in the TAZEWELL and WOODFORD counties. thank you Steve.

    and thank you Aaron, I have tried and I can't seem to get too many hit, I will keep trying though

    I'm an investor/landlord in Peoria Illinois, the recommendations that were given you are my sources also. Except I focus on SFR's which I am selling some off at the moment.

    Sorry to say, but if its on a web site, its already been shopped pretty well. Most brokers take their deals to their stable of investors first and then to the web site. Looking for a good deal, take a good broker to lunch.
