I have a fairly large storage room in my 20 unit apartment that is only being used to store some materials and a few tools. I'm thinking of clearing it out and installing multiple lockers/cages. I was wondering if anyone has ever done something similar before? Any suggestions on such lockers/cages or where to look?

@Mike McCarthy Any thoughts on dimensions and what you get for them per month? I've got a vacant 2 bay garage on one of my 2 houses (across the street from one another) and have 6 college kids in each house. Thinking of building 12 units with lumber and chickenwire.

@Matt McCue no idea how much, but I’d imagine for college kids it’ll be less - since they probably have less stuff to store.
Have you looked into renting it as a storage space for a non-renter? Again, no idea what the price difference would be, but I know storage units are all the rage these days. If a contractor needs some storage space closer to home, it might be a good use.
