I am new investor exclusively looking for Multifamily investment properties preferably in the Memphis area.

Would like to work with a seasoned investor to gain some transparency on the process and futher my knowledge in investing.

My partner and I are currently representing two clients 1031 exchange into multifamily here in Memphis (3m-6.5m total purchase price).
