Does anyone have experience in the Southwest region of Oklahoma? Is it a strong market for appreciation and large scale MF deals?
The two largest things in the Southwest region of Oklahoma are Fort Sill and the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife refuge so my guess is 'no.' It's beautiful but not populous.
@Deborah Burian if its near one of the casinos it may be a decent deal really depends on where you are looking i would guess.

I saw a couple in Lawton Oklahoma, that looked like good deals. It seems to have decent MSA, but obviously not comparable to Tulsa or Oklahoma City
You may want to read this post as well, it has a few things about Lawton that you might want to consider.
@Jacob McCarley. Thanks, thats very helpful
Lawton is the place that has better cash flow than any place else, but you don't tell your friends you invest there....I think it's a great cash flow market.
@Matthew Wright I have lived in SW Oklahoma for 17 years. I'm in Elk City, halfway between OKC and Amarillo, TX. North of Altus and Lawton, south of Ft Sill and Woodward.
