Does anyone have experience in the Southwest region of Oklahoma? Is it a strong market for appreciation and large scale MF deals?

The two largest things in the Southwest region of Oklahoma are Fort Sill and the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife refuge so my guess is 'no.' It's beautiful but not populous.
