Hello everyone! I'm looking to purchase a multi family to use for "home hacking" as my first investment in the next couple of months. Im in the Atlanta area and I am in need of help! Im not sure where to start or exactly how to find a deal that makes sense for me. I also would like to find a lender. Anyone interested in helping with either? Thanks in advance. -Faith
@Faith Hanson My wife and I recently spoke at the Atlanta Multifamily Summit about 2 weeks ago. We met a multifamily broker named Whitney Ward. She is a newer multifamily broker and would likely be a good resource for you to find a property as well as connect you with the proper lender. @Eddie LeGrand-Sawyer I’m looking for areas that aren’t too far out of Atlanta. Preferably the Northern areas. I’m willing to consider south of Atlanta though. Thanks for the reply!
