Out of state investor in Brevard County, FL

Hello, I am from MA and I currently invest in the Brevard County area of Florida. I would love to connect with more investors from that area. I am currently looking for anything in the realm of 20-150 units. There are a few other pieces of criteria that we consider but this is just a conversation starter.

With the network tab on here you can type in a zip code and it pulls all the members in that zip code.
You can then message all the investors in that zip code and see if anyone can help you out.
