I am looking for references for a good property management company in Beaumont TX who are adept in managing >50unit Apartment complexes around in the city. Would appreciate any pointers. Thanks !
@Vikas Raoot check out Parigi Property Management located on 14th Street in Beaumont. Years ago I was a tenant at one of the properties they managed. I was quite pleased. As a landlord, I would consider hiring them. but most of my properties are outside Beaumont. PPM are strong and well know in the MF residential and commercial space here. Their fees are reasonable and their service is good. They have been at this for a long time.
