Hi everyone I need some advice on how to find and contact the owners of a property I’m trying to Brrr.
So I went to the the town and I was able to obtain the tax bill, I found out the property taxes are about 9k a year. Also I found out the owners of the property have not paid the taxes since before 2017 and with fees there’s a balance of almost 15k to be paid to the town, I also found out the name of the owners but the billing address is the vacant house ,!
How do I find an address or a way to contact them?
Base on my online research the property was last sold on 1/2016 for $442,900
I think the property has been vecant for like 8 years , and it’s a 2 family house .
I think repair will be like 65K
I've found searching with Google and Facebook can work, it's harder if the name is really common. Put in the name of the town when you search. You might get some skip-tracing websites in the Google results that can have names of spouses, family members, and other locations to search.
Vacant for 8 years but purchased for $446,000 in 2016? What is it about this property that no one wants to inhabit it? Particularly when they spend such a large amount of money on it and still leave it vacant? Is there a mortgage on the property? If there is then it might be in default and the only way you're probably going to buy this is be a short sale.

Thanks for the response, I waited for like 30ms outside on my car until I saw the neighbors come outside , and I found out that a lot of people and even the neighbors want this house fix up, they told that the owners wanted 400k and now they heard they went down to 200k they said they don’t have a number , I got to keep trying to find it, i think if I can get the house for 100k cash ither hard money loan, or sellet fInance and put around 60k to bring it back to life and I believe after repair value could be around 325k, it’s 2family , really good location,
