I Just recently Bought a two family property, from my grandparents in Albany New York, I’ve had the property for three months now they’ve been late every time and now can’t get a hold of either Tenet. And there 15 days past due what should I do?

Your first step is to learn your state landlord tenant regulations. It is your responsibility as a owner/landlord to know all the laws that regulate your business. Until you learn the law you should not be dealing with tenant issues. You need to hire a lawyer experienced in the law otherwise you risk being take to court by your tenants.

Until you learn the laws you should stop dealing directly with tenant issues. You will end up doing more damage than good and could lose a load of money.
