@Anthony Dashawn Thurman know what you want to do in the industry so that when you ask questions like this people can point you in the right direction.
Know what you want to do, then get a job in that area of real estate and learn everything you can.
Most people entering real estate want to skip to the "sitting on the beach while the rent checks keep coming in every month" phase. And they never end up doing anything.
Read books, listen to podcasts (BP has a great one, listen to mine as well), attend real estate networking events and conferences, search biggerpockets.
Once you chose a niche in real estate (flipping, wholesaling, note buying, lending, Multi-family, commercial, etc) then. start studying that material directly. Meet with other investors in that niche, attend conferences, take a guru course and/or hire a coach.
What area of the industry? Flipping, wholesaling, rentals?
If you are at the beginning I would consider joining some local groups like AZREIA. You could also connect with local Realtors to see what exactly they do and if that’s the path for you. Good Luck
