Hello!
I'm looking for property management referrals in Cleveland, OH and specifically SW/W of downtown area. Also, what are some reasons that make that property mgmt company good?

@Jason Xue I'm in the SW/W side of Cleveland and I can tell you there are a lot of companies to consider. I'm self-managing currently, but I've been doing a lot of research because I plan to hire a pm within the next 12 months. One of the companies leading the pack for me at the moment is Keller Williams GCSW.
