How would you write out a commercial property for a buyer? what's everything they want to know about the property before purchasing it?

@Roy Conney sounds like what you’re looking to create is an operating memorandum (OM). I would look at some sample OMs from brokers off of loop net for different commercial property types to see what is typically presented to buyers and how to format it.
