Any investors in the Columbus, OH area?

I’m new to the area and want to branch out and meet some real estate investors as well as learn as much as I can. I’ve recently separated from the military and trying to find multi family properties. Thanks and God bless!

@Travis Anderson Welcome to the City!! Thank you for service. I am currently looking for a 3/4plex to house hack so sounds like we have some things in common!! Let's chat over the phone sometime or meetup for lunch. 

I can give you insight for sure. All I can say is wholesaling is huge right now!!! Sellers market though, so makes sense. You need to join our Newbie Real Estate Investor Meetup via Meetup.com/our FB Group. But yes, visit my profile and checkout the meetups I attend. There are 2 solid MF meetups in town I know of. If you put in effort, you can create some impactful/win-win interactions and long-term investor relationships. Going to these events sped up my development & success!!

    Columbus has no shortage of investors, but there’s plenty of deals if you are willing to put in the effort

    Thanks a ton for the valuable info! I’m definitely up for grabbing coffee or lunch and getting to talk with you as well as taking your advice and branching out with other successful investors. Just as yourself, I would love to house hack a Fourplex as my first investment property and go from there!
