Templete for Financial Analysis of Apartements

Any recommendations on a template that I can use for Apartments? Would like to find a form where you can plug in expenses, debt service, rents etc. In order to get CAP etc.

@Jeff Quinlan Micheal Blank has a SDA and Joe Fairless has a simple one, easy to use.

    @Jeff Quinlan we use the SDA model from Michael Blank. There are a ton of guys that use this tool to qualify their deals. Also, I've heard from trusted sources the @David Toupin has one that is even more simplified than Mikes.

    @Christopher Hunter what did you pay for Michael Blank SDA template?

    @Account Closed it was around $150.  This is a pretty good deal analyzer.  There is a lot of learning involved.

    @Christopher Hunter what are some of the main parts/sections you use most?

    As an underwriter I build models all the time. Just trying to get an idea of what investors like to see and use in a model.
