A general contractor can tell you a general price per square foot. It varies dramatically based on the GC, your plans, the finishes, the time of year, etc.
Get a rough guesstimate based on square footage and layout. If it makes sense, then you'll need to hire someone to develop plans and create a more accurate bid.
